About Christoph Leschanz
Christoph works as a consultant for the "People, Culture and Organization Advisory"
at Ward Howell International. He has a strong focus on organizational transformation
and leadership consulting based on his more than ten years experience in several
leading positions in his family ́s business. There he was responsible for very diverse
tasks. He also has a strong scientific background and has worked for several years
as a researcher and lecturer at the University of Vienna with a focus on Social
Theories.
Christoph combines a very sound scientific background with the versatile know-how
obtained while working in an SME. At Ward Howell International he applies this
experience to enhance the "People, Culture and Organization Advisory" team.
Christoph holds a Master's degree and is completing the Doctoral Programme in
Humanities, Philosophy and Education at the University of Vienna.
