About Raffaela Dittmer-Glowinski

As a Consultant in the Vienna office of Ward Howell International, Raffaela is responsible for executive search projects and organizational development consulting in Austria and CEE as well as globally.

Prior to joining Ward Howell International, she gained first experience in a renowned executive search firm and spent more than 15 years working in different leadership positions in the retail, luxury as well as financial industry in Austria and CEE. She is a strategic thinker with a strong intuition for customer and client needs, eager to offer customized solutions, identify opportunities, and provide exceptional customer service experience.

Raffaela has obtained a Master´s degree in Business Consultancy from the University of Applied Sciences in Wiener Neustadt, Austria. She is a native speaker in German and speaks English, Russian and Bulgarian fluently.
