Since April 2025, Katerina Vollmann has been a Partner at Ward Howell International in Vienna. With more than 15 years of experience in Executive Search, Leadership Coaching, and as an independent consultant, she supports international corporations and family-owned medium-sized enterprises in attracting and developing leadership talent. Her comprehensive expertise, deep industry knowledge, and strong intercultural competence make her a valued partner for complex and demanding leadership decisions.

As a certified systemic leadership coach, Katerina combines analytical depth with empathy. She guides leaders through transformation processes, role transitions, and international contexts, creating space for both personal and professional growth.

Her advisory philosophy is grounded in an MBA from the University of St. Francis, complemented by degrees in Ethics and Intercultural Education.
