About Ingo Martin Stadtmüller
Ingo Martin Stadtmüller began his career as an orchestral conductor. Following his studies in conducting, he held positions with several orchestras and opera houses, culminating in his role as General Music Director of the Schleswig-Holsteinisches Landestheater in Germany. Over more than two decades on the podium, he developed an extensive and diverse repertoire. In 2023, Ingo made his acclaimed Vienna debut at Theater an der Wien with Erich Wolfgang Korngold’s “Die Stumme Serenade”, which received enthusiastic international recognition.
Parallel to his artistic career, Ingo expanded his professional portfolio with a Master’s degree in Change Management and Leadership and has since been active as a business coach and organizational developer. In 2025, he joined Ward Howell International as an Advisory Partner for Corporate Development and Leadership Consulting.
With his concept Das Innere Orchester® (The Inner Orchestra), Ingo translates the principles of conducting and orchestral collaboration into leadership and transformation contexts. His keynotes, workshops, and leadership labs provide vivid, hands-on insights into resilient decision-making, goal-oriented change management, and people-centered organizational culture.
He works confidently in both German and English.
