About Henrike Sofie Siepmann
At Ward Howell International’s Vienna office, Henrike works as a Senior Consultant, supporting partners and teams on executive search and organizational development consulting projects across Austria, CEE, and globally.
She has a proven track record in leading end to end recruitment processes for global organizations. With extensive experience in both the consulting and IT industries, Henrike combines deep expertise in process optimization, stakeholder management, and strategic hiring with a strong ability to advise and guide senior decision makers.
Her academic background includes a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Groningen and complements her hands on experience in driving organizational change, building high performing teams, and developing sustainable talent strategies.
In addition to her native German, Henrike is fluent in English.
