About Daniil Zhukov
Daniil has over 15 years of experience in leadership consulting, specializing in executive assessment, succession planning, leadership development, and executive coaching. He works with organizations to identify and develop leadership potential, strengthen management capabilities, and support executives in navigating complex organizational challenges.
At Ward Howell, Daniil established and led the Executive Assessment and Succession practice, developing it into a significant business area and building long-term relationships with leading corporate clients. Previously, he held a senior client management role at SHL, an international leader in talent assessment and people analytics.
Throughout his consulting career, Daniil has led numerous leadership assessment and development projects for major international and regional organizations across a range of industries. His expertise includes developing executive assessment methodologies, establishing succession management systems, and delivering individual and team development programs.
Daniil holds an MBA from Newport Academy of Business and a degree in Psychology from Kyiv National Linguistic University. His professional qualifications include a range of internationally recognized certifications in leadership assessment, executive coaching, and organizational development.
Daniil speaks English, Spanish, Ukrainian, and Russian.
