Heidi Geiger Milosovic is Managing Partner at Ward Howell International in Cleveland, Ohio. With an extensive career in executive search spanning over 30 years, Heidi brings unparalleled expertise to her role.

Previously, Heidi served as Managing Director & Principal of Waverly Partners’ Cleveland office, a national retained executive search firm founded in 2001 with offices in Cincinnati, Cleveland, and Kansas City. Throughout her career, she has led executive search assignments for roles ranging from vice president to chief executive officer, specializing in areas such as finance, general management, consulting, human resources, manufacturing operations, engineering, information systems, and procurement. Her clients have included Fortune 1000 corporations, privately held industrial and service companies, professional service firms, and nonprofit organizations.

Heidi is recognized for her commitment to diversity and inclusion in executive search. She holds the Certified Diversity and Inclusion Recruiter designation, underscoring her dedication to recruiting a diverse pool of candidates, including women, BIPOC individuals, and LGBTQIA+ professionals. Before her tenure at Waverly Partners, Heidi was a Director at StratfordGroup, another national retained executive search firm. Earlier in her career, she worked with the Executive Search Division of A.T. Kearney, Inc., one of the largest executive search firms in the United States. She began her career as Research Director at Korn/Ferry International, where she managed research functions and candidate identification.

Heidi earned a Bachelor of Arts degree with Honors in Psychology from Oberlin College. She is actively involved in the Cleveland community, serving as President of the Board of Directors for Summer on the Cuyahoga and participating in other community organizations.
