About Tim Kloostermann
Bella Ailleris is a Partner of Ward Howell International, based in France. She has over 20 years of professional experience, including more than 15 years in Executive Search and Leadership Consulting, complemented by senior corporate experience in Talent Acquisition at L’Oréal.
Her core industry expertise covers Consumer Goods, Retail, Beauty, Luxury and Fashion. She advises clients on CEO, C-suite and senior management appointments across General Management, Sales & Marketing, Business Development, Operations, Digital and Finance, as well as on leadership assessment and talent management.
Bella previously held the position of Talent Acquisition Director at L’Oréal, at both national and global headquarters levels, working closely with senior business executives and HR leadership teams. Having worked on both sides of the executive recruitment process, she brings clients a practical understanding of business needs and leadership challenges, together with an international perspective on identifying, attracting and assessing senior executives.
Bella is Vice President of Women at Work, a France-based association supporting women’s professional development and career advancement, where she contributes to mentoring programmes and initiatives supporting women's career development.
She graduated from Lomonosov Moscow State University with a degree in Management and completed professional coaching training at Erickson Coaching International, aligned with ICF standards. Bella speaks fluent French, English and Russian.
