Before join WHI he was Partner at Nordic Minds an Executive Search boutique focused on Germany, Finland and Sweden.
Prior to his advisory career, Christian held senior leadership positions in international organizations and entrepreneurial environments. Among other roles, he served as Head of Human Resources DACH and EMEA at ASUS, where he was responsible for talent, leadership, and organizational development across multiple markets. Earlier in his career, he held management roles in Sales and operations in the German Mittelstand.
Drawing on more than 20 years of experience as an advisor, founder, and business leader across commercial, operational, and people functions, Christian is trusted by multinational corporations, entrepreneurial businesses, and private equity investors to identify leaders capable of driving transformation, growth, and long-term value creation.
