Debbie Galbraith is a Partner at Ward Howell International, based in Kansas City, Kansas.

Debbie has over 25 years of executive search consulting, recruiting, and operations management experience. She has worked with a wide array of clients, including hospitals and healthcare systems, nonprofit organizations such as chambers of commerce, economic development and social service organizations, industrial enterprises including Fortune 500 and private entrepreneurial companies, academic institutions, and professional service firms.

Her expertise spans search assignments for executive, administrative, operations management, clinical, financial, technology, sales, and marketing leaders. Previously, Debbie served as Managing Director & Principal of Waverly Partners’ office in Kansas City, Kansas, a national retained executive search firm formed in 2001 with offices in Cleveland, Cincinnati, and Kansas City. In 2022, Waverly Partners was recognized by Hunt-Scanlon Media as one of the Top 60 Nonprofit Search Firms in the United States. Before joining Waverly Partners, Debbie was a Director in the Toledo, Ohio, office of StratfordGroup, a national retained executive search firm. Earlier in her career, she was the Employment Manager for CompuServe, Inc., and held regional management roles at Ameritech/SBC Communications, including network planning and engineering and call center operations.

Debbie earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Graceland College and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Kansas. She serves on the Grant Committee of the Douglas County Community Foundation and is active in many other community and charitable activities.
