About Frans Versteeg
Frans has recently joined Ward Howell international, and is active in several aspects of Leadership Consulting, Strategy Development, Executive Search and Boardroom Advisory. After his studies Economic History and Philosophy in Leiden and Paris, Frans worked for almost 20 years at Heineken in different commercial, general management and human resource positions in the Netherlands and abroad.
After his career at Heineken Frans has been active as interim-manager, consultant and coach. He fulfilled many General Management and HR positions in both consumer businesses and industry organisations. During his career Frans accumulated extensive experience with complex organisational change and transition processes, social innovation and new governance models.
Apart from direct leadership, general management and HR positions, Frans held several supervisory positions within both profit and non-profit organisations.
At Ward Howell International Frans works within several practices: Consumer, Energy, Health and especially Family Business.
