About Jens Hagedorn

Jens leads the regional office in Mexico and heads the Board and C-Level Executive Search and Business Consulting Practices, servicing international organizations in Latin America that are committed to top governance, strategic and executive leadership performance and excellence in a variety of verticals, including : Automotive, Aerospace, General Manufacturing, Industrial Products, FMCG, Life Sciences, Food & Beverage, Technology , Telecommunications, IT, Hospitality , Oil & Gas among others.

Throughout his 20+ years in the Search and Consulting Industry, Jens has successfully managed a large number of complex search and consulting projects in Mexico, Central and South America. He constantly trains, develops, manages and coaches Clients, Consulting and Search Account Managers, Project Managers as well as Internal and External Recruiters and Hiring Managers in the region. Jens holds an Industrial and Systems Engineering degree, is currently finishing a Master´s Degree in Organizational Psychology and his Postgraduate Studies in Corporate Governance and is fluent in Spanish, English and German. He is member of several international executive search and consulting networks and serves on a few Academic and Business Association Boards of Directors.
