About Julia Zgeyeva
Julia has more than 14 years of experience in executive recruitment and human resource management and specializes in executive searches for heavy industry companies, FMCG companies and retail businesses. She takes an active role in managing all processes in the Kyiv office, including (but not limited to) strategic planning and development, and team development. Julia fills positions for various functional managers and CEOs. She manages projects for both, domestic and foreign clients.
Julia has more than 10 years of experience in executive recruitment and human resource management. Previously, she was responsible for business development in a consulting company and was also the head of a human resources management unit for a retail company. She joined the Ward Howell team in 2012.
In 2003, she graduated from Dnepropetrovsk State University with a focus on philology.
