About Rudolf J. Menne
Mr. Menne is a well known expert in the Automotive Industry. He has spent more than 26 years with one of the leading OEMs. His overall responsibility included worldwide Research, Development and Manufacturing Activities. In parallel to his operational responsibility he was chief representative in various international and national committees as member of different managing boards. As a leader with a deep intercultural understanding he is able to build up strong international high-performance teams to establish new business and growth opportunities. He is also a lecturer (Prof.) in Process Engineering and Innovation Management at the University of Budapest, the Cologne University of Applied Science and the University of Aachen (RWTH Aachen).
During his time at the above mentioned OEM he was responsible for approximately 30,000 employees with a total turnover of ca. US$ 4.5 billion
