With a Master’s degree in Business and Economic Psychology and a trainer certification, Roxana has a profound understanding of organizational and transformational processes. Her international experience provides a global perspective on workplace challenges arising from today’s fast-paced economic landscape, especially in relation to diversity, internationalization, digital transformation, and the evolving needs of different generations in the workplace.
