About Sevag Alexandrian

Sevag is the Managing Partner at Ward Howell International in MEA region.

He specializes in regional strategic, C-Suite and board searches mostly in healthcare, oil and gas, industrial, media, and advisory services. Sevag is a seasoned HR professional who recently joined . He brings over 20 years of experience, with particular strengths in high profile recruitments, transformation, performance management, restructuring/optimization and HR strategy in multi-cultural and plurilingual environments, during both growth and volatile markets.

Prior to joining Ward Howell International, he served as a partner at another global search firm as well as in various C-level functions, the most recent one being in the largest healthcare network in UAE during the strenuous years of Covid-19. Before that, he served in a leadership role in the most important European EPC contractor, where the company grew from a team of 150 to 4,000.

Sevag was the first employee on board of the largest western media groups in the Arab world and built together with the founding team a phenomenal organization with more than 500 employees and 26 bureaux around the world, that became a beacon of enlightenment during a critical period for the Arab world.

He started his career within the consulting practice with Ernst and Young Middle East where he served for 7 years.

Sevag has a strong knowledge of start-up environments (mostly in EMEA), a very thorough understanding of cultures and is particularly focused on consistent delivery to meet business requirements.

He holds a master's degree from a European program run jointly by Lincoln International Business School and Oxford Brookes University. He is fluent in four languages: English, French, Arabic and Armenian.
