About Viktor Yakovenko
Viktor focuses on senior executive search assignments and brings more than 10 years of experience as a C-Suit search consultant for IT, Telecommunication, Media, FMCG and pharmaceutical companies.
As Ward Howell’s Digital practice leader in Ukraine, Viktor advises companies on the challenges and opportunities brought about by digital transformation. Viktor recruits general managers and functional executives with expertise in marketing, sales, e-commerce, emerging media platforms, operations and strategy for companies from technology, media & entertainment, consumer & retail and healthcare industries.
Before joining Ward Howell, Viktor worked for a leading executive search firm, serving as Managing Partner for it`s Ukrainian office. Earlier in his career Viktor started up an Ukrainian office of a well-known European search & selection firm.
Viktor is a graduate of Dnepropetrovsk National University with a degree in Psychology. He has also successfully completed the “Trusted Adviser” program at IMD Business School in 2012-2013.
