About Elena de Riva

Elena is an Associate Partner at Ward Howell Italy. She previously held executive management roles, gaining solid experience in the finance, asset management, and corporate consulting sectors. Over the course of her career, she has worked for leading Italian and international banking groups, taking on positions of increasing responsibility. Among her key achievements, she founded an asset management company on behalf of a client, overseeing the full authorization process and developing investor relations. She also served as Country Manager for a foreign consulting firm, where she contributed to the expansion of its business in the Italian market. Elena holds a degree in Economics from Bocconi University and a master’s degree in Non-Profit Management. She has completed numerous specialized courses and holds several international certifications. A native Italian speaker, she is fluent in English and has a good command of French.
