About Eve Alcala
Eve Alcala is Associate Director in the FMCG, Healthcare, Retail, and Service Industries practice. She pioneered and developed the firm’s account base in healthcare, and she continues to grow this as part of her sector expertise. Eve also specializes in finance functional requirements for clients, and has maintained a track record of successfully placing C-suite roles in several of the country’s major healthcare institutions.
As a seasoned HR practitioner with a focus on staffing, training, and organizational development, Eve previously worked in the retail, semiconductor, and logistics industries. Immediately prior to joining the firm, Eve was a senior HR specialist in Manila Doctors Hospital. Throughout her career, Eve has been credited for leading workforce efficiency projects, capacity building for frontline staff, and process improvements in the recruitment life cycle.
Eve earned her Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the Ateneo Graduate School of Business.
