About Greta Ballendat
As a Consultant in the Vienna office of Ward Howell International, Greta supports the team as well as partners in executive search and organizational development consulting projects in Austria and CEE as well as globally. Prior to joining Ward Howell International, she worked for an international IT corporation focused on digital transformation services. She has also gained professional expertise in project management and customer experience. In addition, she has several years of professional experience in the fields of entrepreneurship and innovation management.
Greta holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economic Science and Sociology from Martin Luther University of Halle-Wittenberg, and a Master’s degree in Business Administration, with a specialization in Human Resource Management as well as Management and Marketing from TU Dresden.
