About Indrajit Moulik

Indrajit Moulik is Managing Partner of Ward Howell International in India.

Indrajit held business leadership positions in the technology industry before joining a leading executive search firm as vice president and practice head in 2001. He has completed several CEO and CXO level search assignments for large conglomerates, and also for startups on behalf of VC/PE firms.

Though he has worked across many industries, he is highly regarded for advising and helping clients build effective top management teams in the technology and education sectors. Many of his assignments involved cross border talent movement. He was also part of the leadership team of two globally top ranked business schools for 8 years.

He was a Director for executive education and career services at the Indian School of Business, Hyderabad and later Vice President of S.P Jain Dubai and Singapore.

More recently he built and led the education and social enterprise practice across South Asia for Heidrick and Struggles.

Besides a post graduate diploma in management from Mumbai and an AMP from Indian School of Business, Hyderabad, Indrajit has attended numerous courses conducted by globally renowned experts in areas like business development, talent management, leadership and talent assessment. In the past, he has conducted several workshops for leading Indian business houses and MNC’s focusing on business development.
