About Jane Feng
Jane Feng is an Advisory Partner of Ward Howell International, based in Shanghai. Educated and trained in the field of Organization Behavior (OB) & Organization Development (OD), Jane began her career as a university teacher, and has worked as a professional and executive in leading international companies in the field of HR and Learning & Development for over 25 years. She has worked with corporations including Coca-Cola, Intel, and PepsiCo. Just prior to joining Ward Howell, Jane was the Senior Human Resources Director, Talent Sustainability & Staffing of PepsiCo Greater China.
As an HR and OD advisor, Jane has been instrumental in setting up talent systems and processes to uplift organization capabilities. She works with top leadership on areas such as leadership transition, building culture, executive coaching, change management/facilitation, succession planning, strategic planning, and leadership team development.
She is proficient in leading organizational processes and programs, including but not limited to 360, Organizational Health Assessment (OHA), employer branding, performance management, competency modeling (leadership & functional), high-potential assessment center, and leadership development.
Professionally, she is associated with National Training Laboratory (NTL), a leading OD organization based in Washington, D.C. with 400 members worldwide. She became a member in 1998, and served on the board from 2004-2008.
Jane holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, and a master’s degree in Human Resource Management with focus on OB & OD, both from Shanghai Jiao Tong University. She also received a Master of Arts in Human and Organizational Systems from Fielding Graduate University in Santa Barbara, CA, where she is currently pursuing a Ph.D in Human & Organizational System.
