At Ward Howell International's Vienna office, Janine works as a Senior Consultant and is responsible for executive search projects, management assessments as well as organizational-transformation consulting assignments in Austria and CEE as well as internationally.
Prior to joining Ward Howell International, she worked for more than 7 years in different functions within the high-end hospitality sector. Janine strives to build sustainable client relationships through professional processes and pro-active communication. She also focuses on optimizing the candidates journeys.
In addition to her native German, she speaks fluent English and has a good knowledge of Italian.
