As a Consultant in the Vienna office of Ward Howell International, Jovana concurrently specializes in two distinct areas. Her role involves overseeing executive search projects while also providing expertise in organizational development consulting, both within Austria and on a global scale.

Before joining Ward-Howell International, she was deeply immersed in her previous professional roles. She specialized in Talent Acquisition Management, Consulting and Headhunting, placing significant emphasis on urturing and advancing tech scale-ups, especially in the realm of tech hiring. Furthermore, she gained valuable insights from her experiences in the automotive industry, particularly in interacting with C-level executives. This diverse background enriches her current role at Ward Howell International with a wealth of knowledge and expertise.

Jovana proudly holds a bachelor's degree in Business Psychology, complemented by a master's degree in Human Resources from FH des BFI Wien.

Jovana speaks fluent English, native Serbian and has a good knowledge of German and Spanish.
