About Paul Surridge

Paul Surridge is a Senior Leadership Consultant and Executive Coach based in the United Kingdom. Having worked as a Consultant for over 15 years in a number of global executive search firms, he has significant experience with organisations of all sizes and scale, including a wide range of FTSE 100/250 and Fortune 500 organisations across multiple sectors such as industrial, life sciences, ICT, and financial services.

Paul has held several senior consulting and leadership positions within a range of global leadership consulting and executive search firms. After several years spent in sales and account management roles, Paul joined Mercuri Urval as a Consultant specialising in leadership assessment, development and coaching. He then moved to Korn Ferry as a Senior Principal and latterly joined Signum where he led their global leadership consulting team before starting his own business in 2019. Paul joined WHI in 2021 as a partner in order to provide his clients the benefits of a true global boutique firm.

Paul’s main areas of expertise are in individual and team assessment and coaching, typically to support executives and their teams at times of significant strategic and organisational change. He acts as an advisor to C-suite leaders within a number of global organisations, helping them to identify the unique leadership capabilities required to drive corporate strategy and to ensure they have the right leaders in place to execute. This is supported by individual and team coaching with the aim of helping leaders through individual or collective transitions to new ways of working, alignment to a new strategic direction or to aid individuals as they transition into new roles.

Paul holds an MBA (with Distinction) and a Diploma in Management from University of Leicester Business School. He is also a certified Test User: Personality & Ability by the British Psychological Society.
